Lt.Col Vijay Pal Singh, SM (Retd), founder and director of Sangram Shakti Foundation, is a distinguished leader in education and training with over 30 years of experience in operations, program management, and strategic planning. As the founder and director of Sangram Shakti Foundation, he is working towards Education, Youth and Women empowerment and Environment. He excels in developing school evaluation frameworks and improvement plans.
With a military background, Col Singh served in high-altitude areas and conflict zones, earning the Sena Medal for gallantry. He was an instructor at the Indian Military Academy and Regimental Centre where he imparted training and created innovative training infrastructures.
In the corporate sector, he managed HR, administration, and security at Group Companies at Delhi NCR, and played a key role in establishing a luxury resort in Kerala.
As Regional Head for Delhi and North Eastern States at Bharti Airtel Foundation, Col Singh improved education for over 1.3 lakh students and 4,400+ teachers across 350 schools, focusing on child safety, capacity building, School Development Plan, and infrastructure.

Karamjeet Singh Sodhi is a distinguished educational consultant, author, trainer, and content developer with over two decades of transformative experience. As a CBSE Master Trainer and a Master Trainer for UN MGIEP Socio-Emotional Learning for Delhi Government Schools, Karamjeet significantly enhances the skills and methodologies of English language teachers. His innovative approach fosters inclusive and supportive classroom environments, enabling teachers to engage students through emotionally intelligent teaching practices.In his role as an English language lecturer for the Government of Delhi, Karamjeet evaluates students’ English proficiency, organizes language competitions under “Project Voices,” and uses creative activities to boost student confidence. His previous experience as a Mentor Teacher for the Directorate of Education in Delhi involved managing the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of hundreds of educators and training over 3,000 English Language Teachers. He is renowned for designing impactful workshops that encourage innovative teaching practices. Karamjeet has co-authored the “English Grammar Workbook” for 9th and 10th-grade students, developed SCERT’s online capacity-building program, and won the SBERA 2022 award for Best TLM. As a key resource person for NCERT and SCERT, he offers his expertise as a Master Observer for TESOL participants. Col Rajesh Bhukar did his major studies at Sainik School Chittorgarh and then joined National Defence Academy Khadakvasla where he passed out as Gold Medalist in Academics and joined Indian Military Academy. He was commissioned in 199 Medium Regiment in Dec 1985. He served in Army for 21 Years and left after Commanding his parent unit in 2007 in Siachen, Darbukh Ladakh and Jodhpur.He has done 12 Professional Courses while in service including prestigious Long Gunnery Staff Course and Staff College with Top Grading and has served as Head of Operations and Training in Kargil Division, Staff officer in Military Intelligence Directorate Army Headquarters, Instructor at School of Artillery. He has represented Indian Army in Iran as part of Defence Cooperation scheme. He served in Counter Insurgency areas in Manipur and Assam and commanded a unit in High Altitude Areas. After retirement in 2007 as Colonel, he has taken up various assignments in last 15 years – practicing Lawyer Raj High Court Jaipur, Head of Security & Stake Holders at Cairn Energy India at Barmer, Loss Prevention Manager with ITC Hotel Rajputana at Jaipur, Addl Director Sainik Klayan Jaipur, Pan India head Operations of Checkmate Security Services, Head HR & Admin with Jindal Saw Bhilwara, Officer In charge of one of the biggest ECHS Polyclinic in India at Jaipur and presently he is Director Army Placement Organisation Jaipur.His academic qualifications are – Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Social Sciences) Gold Medalist from Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi, Diploma in Defence Management from Ahilya Bai University Indore, Master of Sciences (Defence and Strategic Studies) Madras University, Master of Sciences (Technology) Weapon Systems – Pune University , Bachelor of Law, Delhi University, Certificate in Business Administration Course, Management Development Institute Gurgaon, Business Executive cum Leadership Course Indian Institute of Management Ahmadabad and Recognized Teacher for Post Graduate Classes by Pune University.
